Our fledgling Swellendam Restaurant, The Conservatory, on it’s way to being one of the best restaurants in Swellendam, plays host to intimate delicious dinners either in our gorgeous Conservatory or more privately, in the manor house’s cosy Dining Room. Here guests can enjoy a carefully prepared, by Chef Obakeng himself, sophisticated South African menu with wines paired with every course. These locally sourced vintage wines are hand-picked by from the celebrated verdant regions surrounding Swellendam, Robertson and Hermanus.
Our menu evolves seasonally, depending heavily on Chef Obakeng’s inspiration and seasonality of beautiful produce, but be assured that it will always be honest, unpretentious and delicious….
